5. Virtual Items and Purchases

6. Subscription Services

Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew where applicable.

You authorize Anju Games or the applicable platform provider to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription management may be completed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized distribution platforms.

7. Refund Policy

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be submitted directly through those platforms.

Anju Games reserves the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

You may submit usernames, messages, screenshots, gameplay content, feedback, or other materials ("User Content") through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Anju Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise process such User Content for the operation, maintenance, promotion, and improvement of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content.

Anju Games may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including games, software, artwork, graphics, music, logos, trademarks, text, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Anju Games.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
